Therapeutic Massage

We employ a variety of massage techniques ranging from Swedish, remedial, sports, Tuina (Chinese massage), Shiatsu, and acupressure to suit the needs of our clients.

The aims are usually to release tension, relax the body and promote blood and lymph circulation, along with working on specific clinical issues.

Clients can also ask for a relaxation massage only, if so desired. We can use a blend of aromatic oils to enhance the massage, so a short medical history will be taken to ensure your safety. Please let the therapist know of any allergy to oils and ingredients, for example, a nut allergy.
