Reflexology

This form of foot massage concentrates on the reflex areas. These are points said to be connected with various body organs and systems. Working on these areas located in the feet has a beneficial effect on the rest of the body.

Although trained in both the Zone Therapy Technique and the Chinese Ruo Shi Technique, Andrew uses primarily the latter and includes work on the calves and knees.
